THE STORY BEHIND GIBSON CREATIONS LLC
A lifelong curiosity.
A camera.
Your story.
Hi, I’m Michael Gibson. I’m a videographer, photographer, and FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot based in Abingdon, Virginia.
My interest in visual storytelling started in my teens, at the intersection of creativity and technology. That curiosity led me to Arizona State University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Information Technology, and eventually to founding Gibson Creations LLC in 2026.
Today, cinematic video is at the heart of my work. I bring together filming, photography, editing, and motion graphics to help couples remember their day, businesses tell their stories, and properties make a strong first impression.
You’ll work directly with me—from the first conversation to the final edit. I take the time to understand what matters to you, plan the details, and create visuals that feel true to your story.
